I am so excited to share that I have been published on another school counselor’s blog! Vanessa at Savvy School Counselor chose my piece of writing to post! She had a really neat idea to feature guest bloggers to share various perspectives on school counseling topics and to welcome new bloggers such as myself. Check it out:

  1. I read your post on Savvy School Counselor. (I am now following you as well!) I am thankful for your post as this process has been very frustrating. I am a school social worker in Illinois, which is very similar to a counselor in other states. I cannot believe how many applications I fill out! I hope it turns out as well for me as it did for you.

  2. Hi, Ivy. Thanks for following my blog! The job hunt process is so draining, but don’t give up! The position I got was at a school that was one of the last to post their job opening. Some schools don’t end up posting jobs until mid to late August. Hang in there, good luck!
